Upon notifying the seller, I was told this happened to them and they were able to fix it. It took me an hour to reglue and clamp the dowels after realigning the screws so it would be the same height overall. I was dissapointed I wasn't offered a partial reimbursement as a goodwill gesture. They felt it occurred during shipping and it was out of their hands.
