It came missing many parts. It isn't easy to assemble, you have to BUILD both arms (7 pieces per arm c-i picture) instead of taking them out of the box and sliding them on. Missing parts were shipped from China and took another week. It's uncomfortable and hard. Not a chair you want to sit in all day especially if you are recovering. now need to buy a soft chair pad
