    After much research regarding the various Android Car GPS radio on line I deceided on this one based on the representations made by the seller. Among those were an instructional manual, a SD card reader in the unit, and set of trim tools included in the package price, and step by step help with the installation. None of that occurred. After numerous attempts to get the seller to provide those necessary items (especially the SD card reader and install instructions) the seller quite contacting me.

    The email has replied with all the installation information, the problem has been solved, but the installation information sent was thrown into the customer's spam, and the customer did not check it in time, causing misunderstanding
