In fact after reviewing the shipping history, it would have been received a day or two earlier if USPS had not shipped it to a far away city first and then to the nearest hub city. The PS arrived packaged very well with much padding. It had all of the expected labels and connectors. I installed easily in my Dell XPS computer replacing the existing 360W PS. I have been using it for the last few weeks with no issues.
