      The bottles were oddly filled - the conditioner was not as full as the shampoo (and yes, I weighed them on the kitchen scale). The bottles looked new and shipping was fast and secure. The product leaves my hair more coarse than the salon purchased items and the scent does not last as long (could be due to the weather, etc. but I did not notice it with the salon product). I will probably buy from a salon in the future, but if you are looking to save a few dollars, this is worth a try.
