He was honest enough to tell me straight up before shipping that would have caused me great deal of headache. I can appreciate a honest businessman who trying to protect his business, but also protects his customers. A little scary at first with the paperwork sent with the item, still have not heard back from the email that was demanded, then had a small wrinkle with AT&T, dealt with quickly by the agent l dealt with. Been a surprise with the unit charging. Not like other devices l have used in the past, but quick recovery. Seems to work fine altogether. We do have a 100% on time departure rate. Sometimes we use both the away mode and handling times to accurately represent how long it will take to ship. When it isn't urgent/problematic, we may delay that, but any payment delays there are always in the member's favor!
