- 5***i (102)- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchaseThe coffee urn arrived. The urn is made of very light stainless steel, I admire it's simple design. I put water in it and ran a test run. it steamed a lot out of the lid. When I examined the unit I found a dent in the side. After draining the hot water I found the stem holding the basket was bent (caused the steam) . I was able to pop the dent out and straightened the stem. We ordered it for my step daughter's wedding. Have 3 photos. We will keep the urn, it clearly was damaged in shipment.
