It’s was in new condition tho , it look very cool specially the mouse and for the price it was great . I’m currently in the process of a refund but overall good seller .

I wonder if the keyboard isn't getting jostled around in transit, even though item is in original box, wrapped up in multiple layers of bubble wrap for protection. I'm going to try a few more times, then if I can't get it to work, get the grandchildren to check them out.
