Returned drives and were lost in delivery. Buyer opened a case instead of requesting his money back from FedEx. Horrible seller.

    The seller deceived me. The laptop came in a terrible condition. The bottom cover was replaced, it has a different serial number and does not fit the laptop. The laptop screen has light spots and yellowing of the edges. The keyboard on the laptop is defective. The cooling system is bent. The battery indicator does not work. In addition, the laptop smells incredibly smoky. The seller did not mention all these defects in the description. I lost my money, the seller does not respond to me
