It needs to be stored between 2 other items that can give it the stability to be able to stand upright. Once folded, the weight of the cart is supported by the swivel wheels - that have no breaks - while the two stable wheels are off of the ground. I should have placed closer attention that it lacked this important feature. Can fall on and injure a small child.
