The seller advised me promptly of remote shipping charges and gave me the opportunity to return the sale. Also, seller reminded me of the customs fees in Chile. The tool was delivered via DHL to local PO box. Was exactly as advertised, and the Hozan spoke threader is a beautiful tool. Well informed seller with excellent service, would recommend again.

Item was packaged amazing, the item is also just like the picture, it is in wonderful condition, the quality is great, the value is amazing, and the transaction was easy in general, they also answered all my questions quickly! My only complaint is that the shipping took about 15 days (around 11 business days)but it was dhl shipping so it only took 4 days from Japan to Florida once shipped. Other than that I love him thank you so much!!
