Tried to return and they will only give me one for a letter not a parcel as confirmed by the post office this physically cannot be used so they are purposely doing this to make it impossible for you to return. Also they don’t answer messages Shocking behavior especially for company AVOID

The size 8-11 received were smaller than the genuine Nike socks size 5-8 (see photo). An ‘h’ is printed on the bottom of each sock . The Nike ‘swoosh’ logo is thicker than the real ones. Different material. When the seller eventually sent me a prepaid postage link it did not work. I advised them of this but they did not reply. Terrible customer service! Thankfully EBay stepped in.
