These are 550 mg each capsule so they let me sleep longer. Sometimes that's a good thing unless I need olti wake up earlier then I pour half of the capsule in my tea and save the rest for the next day! It works for 7 hrs. The whole pill lets you sleep 8 to 10 hrs or more. Too long
