You can type or touch the unity without any wobbling or movement. Wide base/rest so phones or tablets with covers fit easily. The movable joints are very tight, perfect in fact. This unit is really well crafted and well worth the price. Shipping was fast. Excellent transaction, Highly Recommended!

Plently of space in the lined cradle even w/encased devices. Is really good landscape mode w/power cord extending to right/left. Comes in awesome shipping box. The AVERAGE: VERY limited range with power in portrait mode(see pics). I ended up drilling/countersinking new holes(see pics) using upper holes as template. Now cord isn't pinched so device had greater range in height and depth positioning.Follow-up from: h***h- Feedback followed up by buyer.- Feedback followed up by buyer.*I bought 2* and moved the mounting holes for upper part of the arm to the 1" area between the slots and the cradle. Don't know why they allow to upload pics when they do not show up in feedback.

Is probably a bit larger than what most people will want for just a small phone only.
