The seller offered me a discount at first, but when I wanted to ship it back, they simply said keep it for parts. They gave me my money back and I bought another one. The dehydrator works great for the money. I would buy again.

My wife doesn't like some things about it such as to change the temp back and forth from f to c. the instructions are non existence. you might say there are no instructions. it has been running on Celsius due to can't figure how to change it back. When I took the back off, I observed that the fan assembly was simply laying in the machine. The Seller is a great seller. They assisted me in trouble shooting and when that didn't work, they quickly sent me a return label and I was refunded the day I dropped the item off at Fedex. I highly recommend this seller. Jim H.
