We bought this to replace an older robot from another brand, but this J7 was louder and the dock was incredibly distracting. I've worked on Roombas before but didn't realize the noise difference. Seller provided a return label within a day, then refunded a few hours after the robot was delivered back which was very appreciated.

    Ease of use with great features

    I do love the iRobot Roomba, I kind of feel that I have a maid to do the dirty work for me, especially I am allergic to dust. After setting up the App, the mapping and the schedule to vacuum, I don't need to vacuum the floor myself again. My floor has never been this clean as I have 2 cats, it is powerful to pick up the cat hair.

    Vacuum works great so far, I just hope it last. It works hard to do its job and isn't perfect but does keep things much nicer between cleaning days. I was skeptical for years but I can honestly say I am pleasantly surprised. Will buy another one when this one gets too old to clean. We have two pomeranians and the one we thought would attack it hides under the bed and the one we thought would hide under the bed stands her ground and makes it go around her.
