It took me a while to get adjusted to this machine however it works very well and sometimes when you bake at 3:50 turn it down to 325. That’s just a suggestion, as I feel that that is hot enough to do the job. Whatever temperature I set I turn it down 25° and everything comes out perfect. This is a good machine and happy I bought it.
