Mistakes happen and Anker took very good care of helping me try to resolve the issue. Item was missing the adapter plates that allow it to work with different lock cylinders. Anker shipped me that piece part and upon assembly the unit would not calibrate. Much troubleshooting later they accepted a return and refunded me. I own many Anker and Eufy products and will try again.
