It arrived in a warped, single-walled box (should have been doubled), propped-up by the delivery company to showcase the large hole in the side of the box. The monitor inside was poorly wrapped and slipped-out of the wrapping, leaving the air-padding only to one side. The monitor miraculously works, however, the acrylic frame is damaged from the insufficient padding and packing.
