I ordered a similar product from a competitor (shopneurotech.com) that didn't work and sent that back. This order was a quarter of the cost and actually stimulates my feet. I suggest wiping your feet with a damp cloth to improve the connection so you get more stimulation. I highly recommend this seller and appreciate their service.
