As it was a new in box description I looked up kit from factory and read it was complete with blade. Kit arrived, ABS case damaged on outside & effect tool. Texted seller about missing part. Seller responded with no blade was in description. I’m giving them a positive feedback based on the tool being new and that they were willing to take it back after my error. Not fast but acceptable shipping time.

Recieved the one item promptly with a hand written message in the box appologizing for the oversight. BEST customer service I have experienced in a long time. Yes I only got one item instead of two but both refund and shipping was as fast and automatic as ANY Amazon purchase... PLUS the brice was much better. Could not reccomend more.
