This product comes with a good set of instructions on usage and the thing I like the most is the ability to alternate three different ultrasonic patterns so that critters don't build up any resistance to it. I did not have any major critter problems but on the occasion of seeing one had nothing but traps or poison to use. Since I started using this device I have not seen any type of creatures or even bugs....NONE! Highly recommend this product and seller.
