What I didn't like was the mounting base was a little smaller than the other grab bars I purchased and it did not come in a box, it was loose in a bag that's why I gave it 4 stars. I bought other similar grab bars about the same price and they had a larger mounting base which you might want to consider when you buy these. My opinion, the bigger the mounting base the more stable the grab bar will be

Not only was the delivery 5 days late the 4 free ones were not given as described. When contacted them they wanted me to buy more 1 st. The ad doesn't say you have to buy them twice to get the fee ones. I feel it is a scam and false advertisement on the products. Be ware when buying from this place.

So I was refunded only partial of the cost which I agreed. Probably would have cost more shipping them back. Lesson learned. Read all of the description before ordering. Not the sellers fault. My mistake.
