I still consider this a positive sale because of the sellers reaction once I brought the problem to his attention and he still offered to accept the item if I wanted to return it. Postage was fine, packaging was good and the value of the item to me was fine.

Nach Mitteilung an den Kundenservice und Nachfrage einer Lösung wurde mir aber ohne Aufforderung unverzüglich ein weiteres Exemplar zugesandt, was mich völlig überrascht hatte.
