They stay in well and don't feed back, the batteries last over 24 hrs on a charge and recharge in about 1.5 hrs or less. I bought this pair as a spare in case I have to have a set while current(same units) charge, or become disabled. Worth the price and shipping wasn't too slow(for USPS)

Yes, they're cheap, but they work really well. Delivery time was reasonable. They look pretty good, if that's important. They are also rugged, but don't stand out in the rain with them. My only complaint is that in very noisy environments, they don't help much, but then again, I've never found any hearing aid which did. For the money, you can't go wrong with these.
