After 2 weeks and several unanswered letters, he refused to return anything. This is the most incorrect behavior in my entire practice! The wasted time and nerves cannot be estimated. After receiving and using it a period, the buyer claimed it was defective and requested a refund without returning the item. We followed eBay’s policies and offered fair solutions, but the buyer refused to cooperate. Such behavior is against eBay’s guidelines and should not be encouraged.
