      I ended up canceling my order because I misread the title description. I needed a product in the box and this one didn’t have it. Why leave positive feedback? This seller was easy to work with and accommodated me. Super responsive and offered a solution to give me a product with a box for an extra shipping fee. When that wouldn’t work for me, they immediately honored the cancellation request. While I can’t speak to the products, I would buy from this seller purely for their Customer service.

      With my ok , seller sent an equivalent handbag but with a different color scheme, otherwise very similar to the one I ordered which was out of stock. I felt mutual trust with this seller and would buy again from him. Package was received well packaged and intact, just in time to wrap and put under the Christmas tree. DHL tried to deliver the package while it was still in Tampa??? What was that all about?
