I was worried about how complicated assemble would be, it took me a while but it wasn't hard. Shipping time was excellent. The chairs are very firm so, you don't sink into them like cheap ones but, they have very good cushioning. The dual remote takes some getting use to but only a minor inconvenience, over all we will be happy with this purchase for years to come. Thank you.

The bottom is a little firm for me, so I bought a memory pillow to put it at the bottom and now it’s perfect. I would highly recommend this recliner.
