    My offer clearly stated that I requested 'FREE shipping'. The seller accepted my offer, but did not honor the 'FREE shipping' request, and processed the order. When I noticed that there was an $8.60 shipping fee I immediately sent a message to the seller stating that my offer included 'FREE shipping', and I received no response. I sent the same message the next day and have still received no response, and it is a week from the time I sent the first message. Seller is very unprofessional.
