    The Energy and Memory Part of Diabetes

    I have read a few articles, about "How diabetic's need this vitamin?" It is suppose to help energy, and some state it helps the memory. I have been inclined to go along with this, as I am a diabetic, and energy and memory, are two of the downfalls of diabetes and being a diabetic. This item arrived today, November 20, 2017, I am glad to get it, and this completes my order for my years supply of vitamins.     The Up's and the Down's of B-Complex...There are No Down's

    Love B-Complex...I find that it keeps my energy balanced to avoid the low's since I love sugar in coffee, and in treats. I've heard it keeps those inclined to be depressed less so, as well. Thanks.
