Very confusing, leaving us extremely disappointed. Did receive messages back after requesting a explanation to why order was cancelled. We feel if you list an item, allow a charge to go through, then we should receive the item. Yes they did give a discounted price when requested, but seems may have accepted multiple offers possibly and they chose to take the higher bid?? Unsure.
