    Cookie jar was shipped in a box that was too small and there was not enough protective bubble wrap around the jar or lid. No peanuts to protect the jar during the shipping journey. Lid was broke into several pieces. Pictures of damage were provided to seller. Seller offered a partial refund. I had to ask eBay to step in to receive a full refund. Highly disappointed that the cookie jar arrived damaged & that I had to open a case to get all my money refunded.
