    Great prequel!

    The Infernal Devices trilogy is a wonderful prequel to the Shadowhunters story! Set in the 1800's, these earlier tales of Shadowhunter background are exciting, and the historical settings are well researched. This whole series is excellent, written by an excellent author!

    The Infernal Devices is a prequel trilogy to the Mortal Instruments series. Clockwork Princess is book 2 in the series. This is a great read and adds depth to the realm of shadowhunters. The characters are compelling. A must have for shadowhunter and Cassandra Clare fans!
