(2 to 6 months) Seller tried to substitute other item which I was open to consider but price was not good (lesser value item). Seller refused to respect my wishes for refund when asked and its been nearly 3 weeks of slow back and forth communication with no item shipped. Asked eBay to step in and resolve. They should do better job of keeping sellers like this off eBay as it is a huge waste of my time.
