    Seller packed my extremely delicate Irish Dresden figurine with care and did a great job keeping it in excellent condition overall. Unfortunately there was some damage when I opened my package which is somewhat common with these pieces. Nevertheless I contacted the seller and she immediately offered a full refund if I sent it back. The damage was very minor overall so she gave me a partial refund so that I could keep it. The seller is very professional and I recommend her highly.
