It has a non slip backing on one side of the very nice cover. Be sure to allow 24 hours for it to fully expand. It also has nice wide elastic straps to hold it in place on your mattress. I slept on it last night and I have to say at first I thought it would be too soft. By this morning I was happy I wasn’t quite so stiff. For me, it’s a really good topper.
