The watch would not download the courses. IZZO product support tried to fix the software issue, but were unable to get it done. They advised returning the product to the vendor. Yes I only got one item instead of two but both refund and shipping was as fast and automatic as ANY Amazon purchase... PLUS the brice was much better. Could not reccomend more.
