    lights arrived damaged due to poor packing. sent 3 emails with 3 photos detailing issue. seller answer is we did indeed pack well & offer $12. i had lights installed for $200 and after driven in light rain there was water in both lights. 3 more emails and 2 photos on this issue. seller says they are checking and to send videos. photos and details are clear showing the problems, but seller does not accept responsibility. now i am out cost of lights + $200 + $200 to remove and replace with new

    With the weight of the bumper it should have been packaged with pre-molded styrofoam instead wrapped with bubble wrap and cloth styrofoam. Bumper arrived scratched. Seller was very reluctant to refund full price of bumper. Buyer beware.
