    I expected a "new condition" error free iRobot. Does not seem as advertised.

    As I already mentioned, sometimes it runs fine. Sometimes it immediately stops and says "error 14" I check the dirt pan and try again sometimes it repeatedly stops with the same message. Sometimes it stops with no reason given, no indication of needing a charge yet other times it DOES need a charge even after charging all night. Interesting enough when i connected to app it said the unit had "50 hours of use on 28 jobs" and I have only used a few times???? This was advertised as "new open box", box was more mutilated than "open" and taped back together. When it runs, it does a good job. Would love a replacement same model or maybe new battery would work if you want to send? Please advise

    I've had this same model for several yea...

    I've had this same model for several years it worked great and really picked up just about everything in it's path. Unfortunately, this one doesn't seem to work as good and hardly picks up anything
