      A. The seller failed to package the printer adequately: 1. There was no padding between the bottom of the box and the printer. 2. There was no padding between the one side of the box and the printer. 3. The printer housing cracked at one of the locations where there was no padding (see picture). B. The hotend is broken - it will not heat up because it thinks it is at 1077 degrees Celsius (see picture). C. The seller did not respond to my concerns.
