I received an aftermarket kit by Rotary. Seller was contacted, but only justified what was sent by referencing the previously mentioned statement about packaging. I payed more expecting OEM. I offered a refund but he wanted to keep as he should have because my made in the USA parts are better than the imported OEM he wanted.
