      I am not sure the reason behind this but as another purchaser mentioned in feedback, you can see from the photos that this is much smaller than what I needed yet has the same model number that is in the item description. If you have four screws then this is not for you. Mine has 4 and a manual overide. How they share the same model number is beyond me! Guess I am out $6 to ship back

      Hello all, we truly care about our customers and stand behind the products we sell - as you can tell by the feedback we had before this unnecessary negative feedback. We are returning their money AND will pay for return shipping -"so they won't be out $6 bucks". I only wish the customer would have given us a chance to figure out why the part numbers were the same but yet our part has 3 screws - which we clearly show in our pictures! Thanks for letting me vent!
