The only negative thing I have to say is that the box was a little beat up when I got it but the earbuds themselves along with inside packaging was in good condition. I would definetly recommend downloading the soundcorr app as there are a lot more features but if you are thinking about getting these. Then they are a great buy. I wouldn't recommend using the basic sound they ship with thanks!
