    Overall it I love this thing. It gets bumps in the programming here and there; however, I do not believe it has anything to do with the Robot itself just the software. Looked like new and vaccums like new. Picks up cat hair and dog hair and the mop feature is ok, not the best but It does an OK job.

    Arrived clean, booted up fast, and connected without issue. Works pretty great on vacuum mode so far and definitely avoids electrical cords since it got trapped by one I left out. Mapping went pretty well too.

    Only used to map the house and has gone through one cleaning cycle. Easy setup, had to run the mapping a few times to get it to my liking but roomba is only supposed to get better over time. Haven’t mopped with it yet but was easy to create no mop zones. Shipping was super fast and product packaged well.

    Loud at times but helpful!

    Our robot "Clean Latifah" :) does such a good job. We have vinyl floors that cause our two cats' hair to collect everywhere. Having the robot run once a day has completely cleared this up. She does great on flat rugs. Does struggle on my longer sherpa-esque rug but is able to vacuum it, so be aware. She is a little loud on the vinyl, and her wheels make some rumbling noises when going across it. She is SUPER loud when self-emptying her bin- as in sounds like an airplane taking off. This lasts only ten seconds though. The mop function is fine. Not wonderful but does help a little. All in all, I would totally recommend.
