Plugged in to my Windows 10 PC and it worked immediately. It goes to sleep after a few minutes of no activity but wakes up instantly with a button click. At first, the mouse cursor was moving a little too fast. Normally that would require finding some setting for a mouse in Windows. But this mouse has a DPI button and one push and the cursor was more manageable - nice!
