    Condensor coil came with very minor shipping damage, not the fault of the seller. Items were well packaged. Manual leaves something to be desired, but can be deciphered, the general instructions are there. I have included some pictures of the proper wiring of the indoor unit, this unit powered via the indoor head vs the condenser powering the system. You can either wire in via a 120v plug or hard wire like included in the pictures. Overall satisfied with this purchase.

    Just installed my second unit. Fast shipping and very satisfied with the quality and efficiency of these units. Exceeds my expectations in both heat and cool modes. Easy to install and looks great. Highly recommended product.

    This product was worth the price. However, this product is easy to install if you have experienc with AC systems. Most errors are user caused/driven. Make sure you carefully undo the air sealed copper line and tighten connections to proper spec. If you mess up and have a leak, you will need 410A freon to fill back up with proper tools.
