They were gracious enough to offer a refund & even after I denied they still went ahead & gave a partial refund for the imperfections. It was packaged sufficient enough where it shouldn't have had any issues had the couriers paid attention to the fragile/glass stickers on the box! The exterior box had substantial damage to one corner (see attached photo), so I wondered if damage to the actual item might have happened - but thanks to the well-packaged and cushioned interior padding provided by the seller, the fragile glass item inside was unscathed!
