    Quite relaxing, but a bit noisy and annoying. Only one music program and limited to the middle program. Otherwise it is a fun, relaxing, oh by the way the end buzzer I would rather didn't want to hear.

    No heat not an option

    This Item is of good quality, though it would be nice to be able to turn off the heat. It it very hot here in the summer and the last thing I need is extra heat, so the massage will have to wait until winter.
