I don’t recall seeing a pic of the part that goes inside the crystal in order to make it visible. See pic with round plastic piece w/hole in middle. My only concern is that the stand does not hold the crystal solidly and wobbles a bit. I can’t leave a video to show you what I mean. See base image w/red arrow. If this area had a slim rubber coating, it would allow for the crystal to be snug.

I contacted the company and was absolutely astonished someone actually answered the phone, I was able to send a photo of the problem I had by text message. They immediately sent me a replacement overnight. Hot Tip, heat the flagpole up a little with a heat gun or hairdryer and drive the adapter in slowly. Worked like a charm. Absolutely awesome customer service and very satisfied with the product.
