But, that's going to become the norm in this Ikea/Amazon era of Assemble-It-Yourself furniture. Otherwise, the sofa looks great and is comfortable to sit on. It will need some throw pillows for full-comfort. The sofa comes shipped in two boxes. Seller forgot to ship the second box, so there was a delay in getting it; but, once contacted, they resolved the issue immediately. Would buy again.
